Return & Refund Policy

At Northeast Race Beast, every order is prepared with care. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email nerbsupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Because many of our products are made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges caused by ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or changing your mind.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at nerbsupply@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the problem. After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item is approved for return, you may place a new order for the preferred item or size.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Worn, washed, used, or altered merchandise
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Clearance and final-sale items
Items returned without authorization
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your approved return. If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or credit-card company additional time to process and post the refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Northeast Race Beast is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and check with members of your household or nearby neighbors.
